Just watched this and "How to Place an Option Contract trade". Learned a ton and took notes all the way through which I'll use as a guide when I begin trading options, I'll be joining your group chat as well to get advice. Both of the videos are easy to understand and full of knowledge. Had a question for you or anyone that can answer, even though you said to be on the daily time frame, will these strategies also work on the four hour time frame and can I use this system in forex also? Plus what's the best time to option trade? I know in forex you have the london session and NY session etc.. I'm trying to decide between being a swing trader or scalper due to the fact I'm at work during "peak" market hours. I was told once to trade from 3am to 6am (GBP pairs) for most volatility during london session, is this the same for option trading?
